Dulux Renovation Range Tiles & Benchtops requires a clean and primed surface to adhere or the paint will peel and flake off.
All grease, silicone and dirt contamination must be removed and Dulux Renovation Range Primer must be applied following label directions prior to applying your Renovation Range topcoat.
1. Wash brushes and rollers prior to use.
2. Remove any loose fibres or hairs.
3. Cut in as necessary using the recommended brushes.
4. Coat surface using recommended roller.
5. Maintain a wet edge during application when brushing and rolling.
6. Lay off.
7. Once each section is coated, gently go over the surface in the same direction with minimal paint on the roller using light pressure.
8. This will give a smooth consistent finish.
9. Using poor quality or worn rollers can affect the final finish.
10. Apply two coats of Dulux Renovation Range Clear as the final coat for added protection.
Do not pour leftover paint down the drain.
Unwanted paint should be brushed out on newspaper and allowed to dry, and then disposed of via domestic waste collections.
