Dulux Acratex Multilayered Coating System Warranty:
Dulux Acratex can provide a material product warranty for your projects subject to the approved specified and applied Dulux Acratex multi-layered system selected as set out below.
A Dulux Acratex Warranty request form must be registered with Dulux Acratex, along with proof of purchase by completing the relevant warranty submission/request forms below and returning via email to Dulux Acratex for approval.

Dulux Acratex 7 Year Material Warranty Sample
- For an Acratex coating system with only a basecoat of Renderwall and Acratex texture coat
Dulux Acratex 10 Year Material Warranty Sample
- For an Acratex multilayered system that includes one topcoat of AcraShield or AcraSkin
Dulux Acratex 15 Year Material Warranty Sample
- For an Acratex multilayered system that includes two topcoats of AcraShield or AcraSkin
Dulux Acratex Roof Coating Material Warranty
Many of our Dulux Acratex Roof Coating products come with a material warranty for eligible residential applications. The duration of these warranties varies by product and coating system, as specified in the applicable warranty certificate. These warranties cover film integrity, peeling and cracking, subject to the terms and conditions set out in the applicable warranty certificate.
The applicable warranty period and eligibility depend on the specific Dulux Acratex products or coating system used, including product selection, number of coats, substrate suitability and correct application in accordance with the relevant applicable product instructions. All warranties are subject to the conditions and exclusions detailed in the applicable warranty certificate, including the requirement that the coating is applied by a professional applicator and that the roof is properly maintained over time.
Commercial roof coating warranties are assessed on a project‑specific basis and may differ from residential warranties.
