The duration of these warranties varies by product and coating system, as specified in the applicable warranty certificate. These warranties cover film integrity, peeling and cracking, subject to the terms and conditions set out in the applicable warranty certificate.
The applicable warranty period and eligibility depend on the specific Dulux Acratex products or coating system used, including product selection, number of coats, substrate suitability and correct application in accordance with the relevant applicable product instructions. All warranties are subject to the conditions and exclusions detailed in the applicable warranty certificate, including the requirement that the coating is applied by a professional applicator and that the roof is properly maintained over time.
Commercial roof coating warranties are assessed on a project‑specific basis and may differ from residential warranties.
