Acratex® Roll On 3mm textured coating is a range of non-granular, water based acrylic texture coatings for application to various masonry substrates. Acratex Roll On 3mm is a medium - coarse granular coating. For optimum performance topcoat with Dulux® AcraShield® Advance.

Performance guide

  • Salt: Resists salt spray especially when top coated with Dulux Acratex 955 Acrashield Advance.
  • Heat Resistance: Up to 90C (dry).
  • Water: Water Vapour Transmission 55g/24hr/sq.m. Water Transmission less than 1g/24hr/sq.m/kPa.
  • Solvent: Resists alcohol and aliphatic hydrocarbons. Sensitive to strong solvents.
  • Abrasion: Good abrasion resistance especially when topcoated with Dulux Acratex 955 Acrashield
  • Acid: Slight softening with dilute acids. Inert when topcoated with Dulux Acratex 955 Acrashield.
  • Alkali: Slight softening with dilute alkali. Inert when topcoated with Dulux Acratex 955 Acrashield.

Dulux Acratex® Roll-On 3mm Grade: 

• Low profile by medium texture roller at 1.3 sq.m/l, high profile by coarse texture roller at 1.1 sq.m/l, stucco by regular texture roller/steel trowel at 1.0 sq.m/l.

Unused paint

Unused paintDo not pour leftover paint down the drain. Unwanted paint should be brushed out on newspaper and allowed to dry, and then disposed of via domestic waste collections.Empty paint containersLeave empty paint containers open in a well-ventilated area to dry out. When dry, recycle the container via steel can recycling programs. Disposal of empty paint containers via domestic recycling programs may differ between local authorities.
