About Duramax® Clear Coat Spray Paint
Protect your art and craft work, photographs and special projects with Dulux Duramax® Acrylic Gloss and Duramax® Semi Gloss Clear Coat acrylic spray paints. The fast-drying coatings have been developed with a unique technology that delivers a non-yellowing and fade-resistant finish. Duramax® Clear Coat is not suitable for use with Dulux Duramax® Bright Gold, Silver, Copper, Rust or Concrete Effects colours.

Areas to use

Previously Painted Surfaces
• The surface must be clean and dry, free from grease, rust and dirt.
• Protect adjoining surfaces from overspray.
Brush, roller
• Shake can for at least three minutes after first rattle and regularly during use.
• Lower temperatures and high humidity will slow the drying and affect the gloss level.
• Avoid spraying when air or surface temperature is below 10°C or above 30°C.
After spraying:
• Prevent blocking by turning the can upside down and spraying until clear gas emerges.
• Also wipe front of nozzle clean.
• Clean up overspray while it is still wet with mineral turpentine.
Unused paint
Storage
• Store in a cool, dry, well-ventilated place and and away from oxidising agents and corrosive materials.
• Protect from sunlight.
• Store away from sources of heat and/or ignition.
• Do not expose to temperatures exceeding 50°C.

Spray unwanted paint onto newspaper and allow to dry, and then disposed of via domestic waste collections.
