Our approach at all times is maintaining our supply of products and high standards of customer service while keeping our employees and customers safe along with others with whom we interact.
Our Dulux Trade Centres, Inspirations and Paint Spot stores are all open for normal business trading operating under strict safety protocols and we look forward to serving you.
We appreciate that, in an effort to limit personal contact, customers may prefer not to visit our stores. We encourage customers to take advantage of our professional delivery service. Your Dulux Rep or local store is ready to take your order, simply give them a call or email.
Our sales reps are maintaining their normal call cycles and visits to site, while observing precautionary ‘social distancing’.
We appreciate that some customers may prefer to restrict visits to their sites or project locations at this time and, if that is the case, we will of course comply with your wishes and contact you by phone or other remote conferencing arrangements.
In any case, our reps will call ahead of planned visits as a common courtesy.
