About Acratex® RenderWall® Plus AcraPro® Joint & Skim
Acratex® RenderWall® Plus AcraPro® Joint & Skim is a high polymer multi-use dry mix basecoat for Fibre Cement (Blueboard) Joint Setting & Skim coating, and as a Patching & Skimcoat compound for Off-Form Concrete, AAC and EPS foam. Supplied in dry powder form, RenderWall AcraPro Joint & Skim requires only the addition of clean potable water to produce a high strength adhesive joint setting and basecoat compound.

MIXING
Mix Ratio (approx. 15L mixed RenderWall AcraPro Joint & Skim) ¦ 20kg (1 full bag) of RenderWall Joint & Skim ¦ Approx 3.5 litres of fresh clean water Refer to SAFETY for handling instructions ¦ Measure the water component into a 15L pail and add the powder while mixing with a suitable power Mixing Drill ¦ Allow to stand for 3-5 minutes ¦ Remix and adjust consistency with up to 0.5L additional water (once) relative to application requirement Product usage Scaling factor = 1.7 kg (dry powder) per sqm per 1mm thick (eg. a 3mm thick application requires (3 x 1.7) = 5.1 kg per sqm of RenderWall AcraPro Joint & Skim powder)
