At Dulux we are committed to providing the highest quality paint products, colour inspiration and expert services. Our immediate focus for our customers is responding to the evolving situation surrounding COVID-19 including the recent Stage 4 restrictions announced for Metropolitan Melbourne and Stage 3 restrictions for regional Victoria. We are monitoring the situation daily including all advice from State and Federal Government authorities.

As we all navigate this difficult time, rest assured we are here to guide you through in the best way we know how. Here are some of the immediate steps we are taking.

Our Colour Centre for A4 Swatches remains open and we look forward to helping you with your projects. Please note that due to Stage 4 restrictions in Metropolitan Melbourne (where our Colour Centre is located), you may experience delays in receiving your order. We will, however, do everything we can to deliver your order as soon as possible. Express post (charges apply) is still available for urgent orders received up to 2pm each day.

Our representatives are working as normal following strict COVID-19 protocols relevant to their state or territory and are available either in person, by phone, email or other remote conferencing arrangements should you require help or advice with your project.

NB Melbourne Metropolitan representatives are not permitted to call on businesses/sites during stage 4 restrictions, but can still be contacted by phone, email or remote conferencing.

Our Help & Advice line 13 23 77 is operating normal hours.

Please be assured that our factories and distribution centres are operating as usual under strict safety and health protocols with no disruption to operations or supply of our products across all our brands.
