DULUX AcraTex Prep Treat is a water based low toxicity fungal & algal treatment designed to be applied and left on pre-cleaned surfaces prior to subsequent coating systems providing a residual sterilizing effect at the substrate-coating interface where often mould and algal spores are trapped causing film spoilage from under the coating.

DULUX AcraTex Prep Treat is designed for pre-treatment of concrete roof tiles as part of the DULUX AcraTex Next Generation Roof Membrane system. PrepTreat is also suitable for surface treating of walling surfaces prior to AcraTex Coatings systems for enhance protection of substrate active fungal and algal spores. PrepTreat is NOT a cleaning solution - It is designed to be applied after cleaning to sterilise the surface and provide a residual effect under subsequently applied coatings.

How to Apply

Application Guide Apply DULUX AcraTex Prep Treat liberally to problem surface via garden pressure spray unit. Let set for 24 hours for optimium results. Remove any dead debris by scrubbing with a stiff bristle brush or using a garden hose with nozzle at maximum velocity. Apply a 2nd coat prior to application of Dulux AcraTex Roof Memebrane Next generation or Cool Roof Next generation for increased protection. Allow to dry.
