Fluoroset® X25 is a fluoropolymer powder coating designed specifically for architectural applications where colour and gloss retention are critical. Fluoroset® X25 is formulated with advanced fluoropolymer resin technology and high performance pigments to conform with the extraordinary performance requirements of AAMA 2605-05 (specification for superior performing organic coatings).
In most cases Fluoroset® X25 can match other fluoropolymer liquid systems with the advantage of significantly improved mar resistance.
Duratec® X15 is a thermosetting TGIC free powder coating designed specifically for architectural applications where colour and gloss
retention are critical. Duratec® X15 is formulated with advanced polyester resin technology and high performance pigments to conform with the performance requirements of AAMA 2604-05 (editorially revised in AAMA 2604-10). It has superior gloss and colour retention compared with standard polyester powder coatings.
Unlike traditional anodic deposition finishes which are restricted to aluminium, architects, designers and colour consultants will love the flexibility and freedom the Electro™ range palette of colours offers. With relative ease, Electro™ powder coatings can be applied to a wide variety of substrates such as aluminium, steel and galvanised metal.
Made from high durability, UV resistant raw materials, the tough yet flexible Electro™ range of powder coatings, when applied by a Registered Applicator on architectural aluminium, can carry a 15 year, exterior durability, performance warranty. The Electro™ range of powder coatings are suitable for use in a wide variety of climatic conditions from cold to hot, and humid to dry environments.

Duralloy® XT is a tough thermosetting powder coating that exhibits decorative and durable characteristics suitable for a broad range of interior and exterior product applications where excellent overall performance is required.
Duralloy® FG is a tough thermosetting powder coating that exhibits decorative and durable characteristics suitable for a broad range of interior and exterior product applications where excellent overall performance is required.
Duralloy® FG has the added benefit of suitability for overcoating the many zinc-coated (galvanised) substrates and castings common in the Australian market where pinholing in the finished film can be a problem.
Duralloy® FG shows particularly good flow characteristics
along with the excellent tolerance to the micro porosity present in many galvanised steels and diecasting.
Alphatec® is a tough thermosetting polyester powder coating with decorative and durability characteristics, suitable for interior and exterior product applications combined with excellent overall performance.
The Surreal® Effects range of products includes textures, ripples, metallic and hammer finishes, where the surface characteristics
exhibit a decorative and appealing patterned effect, combined with excellent overall performance.
The use of powder coatings containing metallic pigments for exterior decoration and interior areas exposed to high wear needs to be carefully evaluated, as metallic pigments may tarnish. Dulux Powder Coatings recommend a clear top coat be applied for these
applications. The Sarouk range - also called Scylla - is designed for interior use only.
E-Prime™ is an epoxy based powder primer formulated to give additional protection to sharp profile/edges or complex metal shapes. E-Prime™ can be used a a sandable filler for small surface imperfections and/or to provide additional film thickness for improved corrosion protection. E-Prime™ shows easy application properties and gives a film very resistant to wear and damage.
Zincshield®2 is a zinc rich epoxy based thermosetting powder coating designed to inhibit rust and adhesion loss on ferrous
metals. Zincshield®2 has been designed as an undercoat for powder topcoats such as the Alphatec® range, Duralloy® FP and
Duralloy®. It can also be used as a functional topcoat where appropriate.
Armourspray® AG is a powder coating offering exceptional properties in resistance to abrasion damage and allowing rapid removal of graffiti. Pentel and aerosol paint graffiti can, in general, be removed by a recommended solvent wipe of 1-2 rubs. The range is suitable both for exterior and interior exposure environments.

Precious Pearl is a one coat pearlescent-rich powder coating that produces an attractive finish and tough serviceable surface
without the need for a clear coat.
ARMOURSPRAY® VC is a fusion bonded epoxy powder coating which exhibits tough and flexible films where protection from
extreme environments is vital.
ARMOURSPRAY® VC conforms to the requirements of AS4158:1996 'Thermal-bonded polymeric coatings on valves and fittings for water industry purposes'.
Durepoxy® is an epoxy powder coating with a high flow finish suitable for a wide range of interior applications.
Durepoxy® is easy to apply to many substrates, and results in a film with exceptional resistance to wear, damage and corrosion.
Fluoroset® offers excellent exterior durability with high levels of colour retention and chalk resistance. This product is designed for
use on chemically cleaned and pre-treated architectural aluminium and is suitable for use where the maximum service life, minimal
appearance change with time is required. This results in low maintenance requirements for the building. Fluoroset® contains a
minimum of 70% Hylar 5000 or Kynar 500 in its resin system.
