About Dulux Auto Refinish

Dulux is proudly Australian owned and has been a leader in the auto refinishing business for over 50 years.
Dulux Australia has a history of delivering the most up to date, high quality and best technology for its customers.In the 1940's Dulux Australia commenced its service to the auto refinish industry with the introduction of Nitro Cellulose Lacquers. This was followed by the introduction of Enamel finishes, and in the 1970s it launched the latest advance in technology, acrylic lacquer finishes. This was followed in the 1980's with the launch of the revolutionary two Pack Acrylic Enamel and Base Coat Refinishing ranges.

In 1997 Dulux Australia was divested from its parent company, ICI PLC and subsequently the Automotive OEM and Refinish Coating business was sold. After an exclusion period, Dulux released a new range of Auto Refinish products in 2005. With our innovative technology, and dedicated customer commitment Dulux is once again providing top class products to the Refinish industry, and is dedicated to meeting our customer's requirements.

Dulux Australia has launched two new product ranges to the market: Dulux AutoSpeed and its latest inclusion, Dulux AutoSolv, to provide our customers with a wide range of quality products.

Dulux® AutoSpeed™

Dulux AutoSpeed products are a core range of premium 2-pack Basecoats and polyurethane Solid Colours, that has been specifically designed for the modern automotive refinish industry.

Dulux® AutoSolv™

Dulux AutoSolv products are acrylic lacquer designed to be used for automotive refinishing.
