How to become a trained Texture Applicator
Course Overview
The AcraTex® range of Acrylic Texture Coatings have been
developed over a number of years to provide durable, fast
application surface coatings and finishing systems for a variety of
masonry substrates.
Whilst the physical and technical properties of the products are
stringently controlled during manufacture, the ultimate performance
of the coating system relies heavily on correct application with
due consideration to substrate condition, surface preparation,
coating sequence and prevailing climatic conditions.
AcraTex® architectural coating systems are formulated using 100%
acrylic to deliver a seamless coating system
for protection of masonry substrates exposed in all types of
climates. They provide:
- flexibility
- dirt resistance
- crack-bridging
- protection against pollution
- protection against acidic rain
- protection against salt air attack
- protection against water ingress
Full Dulux®AcraTex® system warranties can only be provided if
textures are applied by a trained applicator.

How to Enrol

To enrol in the course, please complete a
Nomination Form
(downloadable) and return to Dulux
AcraTex
The course cost is $600 + GST, payable through
your Dulux Account or by cheque or money order if you are a
CashCard holder or waiting to open your new account.
For interstate attendees, we offer a complete package which
includes flights, accommodation and meals (excluding dinners) for
$1350 + GST.
Should you prefer to organise your own travel arrangements
normal pricing arrangements will apply.
Please note that course costs are subject to increases in
line with normal commercial practice. Price at the time a booking
is received will be honoured.
