Dulux AcraTex 953 Membrane 105 is formulated for optimal Tensile Strength and Elongation through a full climatic range to maximise crackbridging and dirt pickup performance at low and high temperature. Specified in 800-1000 micron dry film build specifications. Tintable across Dulux World of Colour pastel and deep colour selections, Membrane 105 is deigned for airless spray application producing a smooth paint like appearance at 20-40 times standard decorative paint thickness for enhanced crack bridging performance

Weatherability] Excellent resistance to cracking, flaking and chalking as part of full system.
Heat Resistance] Up to 90C (dry). Meets Early Fire Hazard AS 1530.3. Ignitability 0, Spread 0, Heat 0, Smoke 1.
Abrasion Resistance] Good resistance to abrasion.
Solvent Resistance] Resists alcohol and aliphatic hydrocarbons. Sensitive to other strong solvents.
Acid Resistance] Resists dilute acid
Alkaline Resistance] Resists dilute alkali
Salt Resistance] Resists salt spray.

Application Guide DULUX AcraTex 953 Membrane 105 is applied by airless spray using a 521 thou size tipas Minimum 2 coat application.
