Dulux Australia once again had a fantastic three days at designEX - Australia's leading architectural, building and design exhibition.

Attracting professionals and companies from a range of architecture and design facets, designEX 2014 was hosted for the first time at Sydney Exhibition Centre at Glebe Island from 27 - 30 May.

With a long-standing reputation for a standout presence at the exhibition, this year's stand took inspiration from the 2014 Dulux Colour Forecast - Future Tribes.

Designed by UNO Creative Director - Interior Architecture and Dulux Colour Awards judge, Daniel Dalla Riva, the stand illustrated the dynamic and unique colour palette of the Dulux World of Colour Atlas.

A series of totem poles representing the different product offerings from Dulux - Dulux Decorative, Woodcare , Dulux Powder Coating, Dulux Protective Coating and Dulux Acratex - were a key feature of the stand.

Over 50 Ultraslim lights from Mance Design hung from the roof of the stand drawing much attention from visitors. Their use was inspired by props used in the 2014 Dulux Colour Forecast.

Exhibition visitors were also able to see and explore the latest products from Dulux, including the new Feast Waston Liming White Floor Finish which featured on a 6 metre interactive table where visitors could interact with various products and colour tools.

A highlight of the stand included a hands on opportunity for visitors to interact with the new Dulux BIM Solutions, free Revit® content and plug ins that allow for easier specification of Dulux colour.

Finalists' boards from the 2014 Dulux Colour Awards were also on show and proved to be very popular, creating plenty of interest and conversation in the designEX café.
