The average consultation is 1.5 hours but it depends on the size and style of your home.

What do I get for my money?

You'll receive a specification report on the products and colours required, colour swatches, plus a redemption voucher ($1 per litre up to $100) for Dulux premium paint. And most importantly, complete confidence in your final colour selection.

Are Dulux Colour Consultants qualified?

Yes, they are fully qualified Interior Decorators who run their own businesses.

What experience do Dulux Colour Consultants have?

It varies, but most have been working successfully with us since 1995.

How many colour options can I expect to see?

Dulux has over 4000 colours and our Colour Consultants will bring all of these to your consultation. However, they usually only show the colours that are within your preferred palette to avoid confusion.

Will they come to my home or business?

Absolutely! Our Colour Consultants will meet you anywhere, anytime.

Where can I purchase paint to redeem my Dulux voucher?

At any store that stocks Dulux. Then, simply send in your receipts to Dulux Australia, 1956 Dandenong Road, Clayton 3168 with a return address attached and a cheque will be mailed out to you.

Do Dulux Colour Consultants recommend painters?

Yes! Our Colour Consultants can provide you with a brochure that features a choice of Dulux Accredited painters complete with information on their qualifications and experience.
