Customer Service 
Job Purpose:
The successful candidate will be required to handle calls from
customers, sales representatives, Dulux Trade Centre's, specifiers,
applicators and consumers and provide technical service information
for queries and complaints. They will then convey information in a
friendly professional manner and co-ordinate day-to-day customer
issues.
The following skills would be highly regarded:
- Service, people and detail Orientation
- Self-disciplined - reliable, logical, patient, committed to
service excellence and consistent in performance
- Sound numeracy, communication and interpersonal skills
- Background in painting industry or similar
- Friendly and professional telephone manner
- Initiative in managing customer calls to completion
- Effective questioning techniques
