Interviewing tips

Familiarize yourself with the job description that interests you. Get to know your Resume and be ready to discuss any previous positions, areas of interest, personal achievements and educations background as the recruiter will use this as a point of reference. Familiarize yourself with Dulux's products and services.

Research our competitors too. It's important for you to think out loud during the interview, so, if you're not used to it, practice thinking out loud. Relax, get a good night's sleep and arrive on time!

If we feel you have the matching skill set for a position with us at Dulux our recruiters will initially like to chat with you over the phone. Once you are asked to take part in a phone interview, make sure you have the full 30 minutes available and are in a quiet place with minimal disruptions, as we want you to feel comfortable and be at your best.
