One sentence describing your position:

To manage the Demand and Supply Planning processes within the Dulux group.

How did you come to work for Dulux?

I was employed as a Graduate Chemist in 2005 straight out of University.

What do you enjoy the most about the jobs you've had?

I enjoy the variety of projects that i've been able to work on and the interaction with the different areas of the business.

What have been your career highlights?

Winning a peer nominated award for a Research & Development project that I completed. It was great to be recognised by my colleagues for my work.

What training have you done at Dulux?

Since joining Dulux i have completed a Certificate in Advanced Surface Coatings and undergone training to improve my Presentation and Facilitation skills.

Would you recommend Dulux as an employer to your friends and if so why?

Most definitely, the organisational culture and staff are fantastic and everyone is committed to achieving the best outcomes for the business.
