One sentence describing your position:
To work on and/or manage IT type projects and activities for the
business, we provide an interface between our business functions
and our technical services.
How did you come to work for Dulux?
I came into Orica on the Graduate Program starting in our IT
Services area. At the end of the program I moved out to Dulux on
secondment and haven't looked back since then.
What do you enjoy the most about the jobs you've
had?
I have really enjoyed the people out here at Dulux, it is a
friendly, easy-going environment. I enjoy the diversity in my role
as there are so many different things we can work on, from working
with manufacturing robot on the production line to provisioning IT
equipment for our new Head Office to working on the development of
a new company website.
What have been your career highlights?
Firstly being given the opportunity to become a Graduate at
Orica and then becoming a permanent Business Analyst with OCP.

Would you recommend Dulux as an employer to your friends
and if so why?
I would and I have! It is a good place to work as the people and
the environment is pleasant for a working environment. There are
good rewards and people get recognised for their hard work. It is
truly one of the few work places that actually value the work-life
balance principles.
