Far too many to list individually, however generally speaking, areas covered encompass product training, safety training, sales training and people training.

How did you come to work for Dulux?

I wanted a change in career. Previously worked in the healthcare industry. Saw an ad in the Sydney Morning Herald and applied, this is nearly 5 years ago now.

What do you enjoy the most about the jobs you've had?

Meeting people, sharing knowledge and experience. Being able to lead a team and get good results.

What have been your career highlights?

• "Driving and creative ideas" that within our team delivered DTC Castle Hill to be the National Store of the Year 2008
•  Mentoring certain individuals, recognising their potential and helping them work towards their goals within OCP
•  Being able to increase sales by building customer relationships and by proving that we can deliver first class customer service customers come back for more.
